Of course, it can occasionally happen that the product ordered are not to your liking. You may return your order within 15 days of receiving it in new & unused condition.
Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Returns with gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the amount of the gift receipt or can be exchanged for the amount of the gift receipt.
You are eligible for upholstery items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt is required.
Products can be returned by attaching the return label provided in the package and should be brought to nearest UPS/USPS location. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturers box/package and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit.

Items bought during sale events like Valentine’s Day, Leap Year, Holi, Mother’s Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Diwali, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, New Years & End of Season are considered as FINAL SALE items & are NOT eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Items damaged through normal wear & tear.
Delivery fees are non refundable & prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustment.
Refunds
If order is canceled before the package reaches you, refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment. The refund payment will be issued within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
For hygienic reasons, bed textiles may only be returned if they have not been removed from their packaging. In case you want to check the material of the product, you may open the packaging carefully.
